Account deletion
You can delete your Arrow Lab account and the data tied to it at any time. This page explains how to do it from inside the app, and the fallback if you've already uninstalled.
Inside the app
- Open Arrow Lab on your phone.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, type your email to confirm, and confirm.
Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. We keep the data for 30 days so you can change your mind — sign back in within that window and tap Restore account. After the 30 days elapse, the account and every linked record (training sessions, bows, sight marks, preferences) are removed from our systems on the next nightly purge, and your sign-in identity is revoked from our identity provider.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store or Play Store, or it keeps renewing.
If you can't use the app
If you've already uninstalled or lost access to the device, email us from the address tied to your Arrow Lab account:
Please use the subject line "Arrow Lab account deletion" so the request lands in the right queue, and include:
- The email address you signed in with
- (Optional) Your account display name, to help us match the right row when the email address is ambiguous
We process deletion requests within 7 days of receipt. The 30-day grace window starts the day we confirm receipt; the data is then purged on the next nightly run after the grace expires.
What gets deleted
- Profile, sign-in identity, and notification preferences
- Training sessions, score records, and uploaded media
- Bows, sight marks, and other equipment data
- Subscription state (your purchase records with the App Store / Play Store and RevenueCat remain — you'll need to cancel any active subscription separately through the store you purchased from)
- Any access you granted to a club or coach
- Crash reports age out of their 90-day window. Usage analytics carry no identifier at all, so there is nothing there to tie back to you or to delete individually
What we keep
We keep the minimum required to meet legal and operational obligations:
- Aggregated, fully anonymous statistics (totals; no fields traceable back to you)
- Audit records of the deletion itself (timestamp + reason code) so we can answer "did you actually process my request?" — retained for 12 months and then purged
- Anything required by tax / accounting law in connection with paid subscriptions (invoice records; statutory retention period of up to 10 years under German HGB / AO)
For a full breakdown of what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.
